How can we help you?
Buyers
For orders of 12 plants and under, you do not need an import permit.
If you anticipate that you will be buying more than 12 plants at a time in the future, we would highly recommending getting an import permit with the USDA. It is free and usually takes less than a week.
Plants Without Borders is headquartered in San Francisco, California. Our company is registered in Nevada, and we have personnel in the Philippines, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, and Kenya.
Yes, our plants are guaranteed to arrive alive. Plants Without Borders will provide a refund or replacement for any plants that are Dead-on-Arrival. You can read more details here.
