We reduce the friction for wholesale buyers and sellers of ornamental plants.
17.32% of expenses of growers are for Transportation
Transportation
Plants Without Borders wants to submit loads to vetted and customer-service oriented third-party logistics providers that are capable of transporting perishable goods in temperature-controlled environments.
Plants Without Borders is seeking a 5 primary logistics providers each for:

Domestic - capable of shipping ornamental plants
International - capable of shipping LTL FTL of ornamental plants from the following countries into the United States:

Indonesia
Thailand
Colombia
Ecuador
Mexico
Guatemala
Peru
Chile
Costa Rica

The ability to ship in between the listed companies is preferred.

Vendor Requirements

2 business day turnaround
Eligible vendors are any 3PL provider capable of facilitating shipments between the majority of nodes in the Network.
In relation to Customs Clearance, the Vendor's responsibilities and extent of their liability must be clearly stated.
Ability to move shipments of both small parcel (<100 pounds) or freight (>= 100 pounds) between all or most of the 12 nodes in the illustration.
Integration with Shopify.

Ability to auto calculate landed cost inclusive of duties and other fees in real-time, before a shipment is booked.

Competitive pricing:

+/- 20% of average market prices.
Based on agreed-upon volume target

Real-time order tracking
Ability to move shipments of both small parcel (<100 pounds) or freight (>= 100 pounds) between all or most of the 12 nodes in the illustration.
For Transparency purposes, the Vendor must allow their logo on the front page of our website alongside the language, "[VENDOR], the Official Logistics Partner of Plants Without Borders."
