Sellers are responsible for choosing:
- Incoterms of their transactions.
- Logistics providers (air, ocean).
- If required, a customs broker.
The Incoterms chosen by the Seller will be stated clearly next to the product in clear view of the buyer. For example, if a Seller chooses FOB as their Incoterms, this will be clearly stated next to the product.
The buyer will know in advance, that if they choose to purchase this product, they are responsible for arranging for transportation from the port of the exporting country.
Sellers must agree to refund or replace spoiled product based on their stated incoterms.
