Royalty Program Workflow

This document describes the process by which a Retailer is paid a royalty by Plants Without Borders when a local customer orders a rare plant on our website for in-store pickup at their place of business.

Step 1: Local customer buys a rare prefinished plant on Plants Without Borders.

Step 2: Local customer selects your business as the delivery location.

Step 3: The plant is shipped to your business.

Step 4: The customer walks into your business to pick up their plant, increasing your upsell opportunities.

Step 5: If you are a Member of Plants Without Borders, you will be paid a royalty equal to 50% of the Service Surcharge at the end of the month.
